Representative Real Estate Transactional Matters
Our transactional work routinely includes handling the
environmental aspects of property developments in both urban
and rural areas relating to soil and water contamination,
vapor intrusion, wetlands, endangered species, methane, power
lines, and so on. We work as team members with inside and
outside counsel and client development and construction personnel.
We regularly interview, select and oversee the work of specialized
environmental consultants, brokers and contractors and negotiate
workable solutions with environmental agencies to resolve
issues so that development can proceed on-time and on-budget,
without being derailed by environmental complexities.
